The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. We are committed to acting ethically and transparently in all business relationships and to instituting and upholding robust systems and controls designed to prevent the occurrence of modern slavery within our operations and throughout our supply chain.

Given the nature of our business, the Company considers the risk of modern slavery within its supply chain to be low. Nonetheless, we are committed to exercising ongoing vigilance by reviewing and monitoring our suppliers and contractors to ensure their practices are consistent with our values and standards regarding labour rights, fairness, and human dignity.

The Company has implemented, and continues to enforce, the following policies and procedures designed to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking:

As part of our due diligence process, the Company conducts proportionate assessments on new suppliers and, where applicable, requires confirmation of their compliance with relevant anti-slavery and human trafficking legislation.

The Company is committed to promoting awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking across its workforce. All employees and contractors are encouraged to report any concerns or suspected violations through appropriate internal channels, with full assurance of confidentiality and non-retaliation.
