Anti-Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery Statement

Strategic Advisory Limited (trading as Sentio Advisory) is committed to conducting its business with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws, including those relating to human rights, modern slavery, and human trafficking.

Our Commitment: We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with transparency in all our business dealings and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in our supply chains.

Our Business: We are a professional services consultancy providing AI advisory and digital transformation services.

Our Supply Chain: Given the nature of our work, we consider the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain to be low. However, we are committed to continuously reviewing our suppliers and contractors to ensure they meet our standards on labour rights, fairness, and human dignity.

Policies and Due Diligence: We operate the following policies to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our operations:
- Ethical Conduct Policy
- Supplier Code of Conduct
- Recruitment and Employment Practices Policy

We conduct appropriate due diligence on new suppliers, and where applicable, require them to confirm compliance with anti-slavery legislation.

Training and Awareness: We promote awareness of modern slavery issues across our organisation and encourage staff and contractors to report any concerns or suspected breaches confidentially.

Review and Governance: This statement is reviewed annually and approved by the company’s leadership team. We are committed to improving our practices over time and staying aligned with evolving legal and ethical standards.
